1464.02 FENCES FOR SWIMMING POOLS, TENNIS COURTS AND DOG RUNS.

This chapter shall not supersede or eliminate the special fencing requirements surrounding swimming pools.

(a) Swimming Pool Fences: Shall conform to the regulations set forth in Chapter 1482 of this Code.

(b) Tennis Court Fences:

(1) Shall be constructed of chain link.

(2) Shall not have a fence height greater than ten feet and constructed of chain link.

(c) Dog Run Fences:

(1) Shall not have a fence height greater than six feet and can be covered.

(2) Dog run fences shall be constructed of chain link, wrought iron or wrought-iron-style aluminum.
