A spotted survey shall be furnished by the property owner to the Village after the foundation of the structure is completed and before any above-ground construction work is commenced. The survey shall show the location of the foundation with regard to the front, rear and side lot lines and shall have set forth thereon, as certified by a licensed surveyor, the measured distances from the foundation to the front, rear and side lot lines. No further above-ground work shall be done on the structure under construction until the Commissioner of Public Property and Building has reviewed the spotted survey and confirmed that the foundation of the structure conforms to the front, rear and side yard requirements of Village ordinances.
