1440.08 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

Every building or structure, or part thereof, hereafter constructed, erected, altered, enlarged, maintained or repaired in the Village, shall be so constructed, erected, altered, enlarged, maintained or repaired in accordance with this Building and Housing Code.
