(a) There is hereby established the position of Electrical Inspector. The Electrical Inspector shall be appointed by and act under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Property and Building.
(b) The Electrical Inspector shall inspect the care and installation of all electrical systems to ensure compliance with these Codified Ordinances and other Village ordinances. No electrical wiring shall be covered until after such inspection has been completed.
