1422.05 AMENDMENTS.

   The International Residential Code, as adopted in Section 1422.01, is hereby amended as follows:

   (a)   That all references to wood footings and wood foundations, as contained therein, including, but not limited to, those references thereto as set forth in Sections R402.1, R402.1.1, R402.1.2, R404.2, R404.2.1, 4404.2.2, R404.2.3, R404.2.4, R404.2.5, R404.2.6, R404.2.3d, R406.3, R406.3.1, R406.3.2, R406.3.3, and R406.3.4 therein, are hereby deleted, it being the intent of the Village to specifically prohibit the use of wood footings and wood foundations.
