(a) If sanitary sewers and sewage treatment facilities are required or installed, such sewers shall be installed to comply with specifications established by the Village. Where private sewage disposal systems are installed, they shall also comply with specifications established by the Village.
(b) An adequate system of storm water drainage shall be constructed and installed, consisting of natural watercourses, swales, storm sewers and other necessary facilities in accordance with Village standards and specifications. The storm water drainage system shall be separate and independent of any sanitary sewerage system and shall be installed in accordance with sound engineering standards.
(c) House services for sewerage shall be constructed to connect each lot or building site with the utility service mains.
