1244.09 PLATS OF CONSOLIDATION.
   (a)   A plat of consolidation is defined as a plat which combines one (1) or more existing lots of record, in whole or in part, into a single lot of record.
   (b)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter which would require the Plan Commission to take action in regard to a proposed plat of subdivision, a plat of consolidation may be submitted directly to, and approved directly by, the Village Council, without need to bring said plat of consolidation before the Plan Commission, provided the lot created by said plat of consolidation is in full compliance with all Village Code requirements.
