The cost incurred by the Village for the review of plans and specifications by the Village Engineer shall be paid by the subdivider. Such costs shall be guaranteed under the bond to the Village at the time of application for approval of a final plat and shall not exceed rates recommended by the Illinois Society of Civil Engineers.
All required land improvements to be installed under these Subdivision Regulations shall be inspected during the course of construction by the Village Engineer. The cost of such inspection shall be as specified in Chapter 1444 of the Building and Housing Code, shall be paid by the subdivider to the Village and shall not exceed rates recommended by the Illinois Society of Civil Engineers.
