All meetings of the Plan Commission shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of every month, at the call of the Chairman and at such other times as the Commission may determine. The Commission shall be responsible for keeping minutes of its proceedings. Expenses incurred by the Commission are to be itemized and submitted to the Village Treasurer for payment.
