1064.05 NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF SERVICE.

If the Village elects to terminate burglar alarm service to any permittee for the transmission of negligent false alarms or otherwise, notice of such intended termination shall be given to the permittee by certified mail not less than fifteen days prior to the effective termination date.
