An applicant for burglar alarm service shall file an application with the Chief of Police. Such application must be approved prior to the connection of the service to the Southwest Central Dispatch Center. The fee for such connection shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and the applicant shall also pay all costs and expenses incident to such connection. In addition, the applicant shall sign a contract agreeing to comply with the provisions of this chapter. All fees shall be collected by the Village Clerk, as ex officio Village Collector, or his or her designee.
