Any request for the issuance of a final utility bill (water, sanitary sewer, on-site private sewage disposal and garbage collection fees and charges) by the Village, which requests the issuance of a final utility bill other than pursuant to the Village's normal billing cycle process (an "On Demand Final Bill"), shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to reimburse the Village for the additional costs incurred in processing said On Demand Final Bill. Said fee shall be paid to the Village prior to the Village proceeding with a final water meter reading and issuance of the On Demand Final Bill. Once an On Demand Final Bill has been requested for a particular date (the "Final Reading Date"), any request to change the Final Reading Date, relative to the On Demand Final Bill, which occurs after noon on the day prior to the Final Reading Date, shall be accompanied by an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to reimburse the Village for the additional costs incurred in processing the change of the Final Reading Date and the issuance of the On Demand Final Bill.
