Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-19-1, the Village has entered into a multiyear contract with a private corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Village Contractor) to provide for the collection of garbage, refuse and ashes from all detached single-family residences located within the Village in an R-1-A One-Family Dwelling District. Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-19-5, use of the Village Contractor shall be the exclusive method for the disposition of garbage, refuse and ashes for all detached single-family residences within the Village in an R-1-A One-Family Dwelling District.
