(a) There is hereby established a waste collection service charge per month per detached single-family residence located in an R-1-A One-Family Dwelling District, which shall consist of the waste hauler charge, as set forth in subsection (b) below, plus the Village service fee, as set forth in subsection (c), plus the tree branch chipping (recycling) fee, as set forth in subsection (d).
(b) The waste hauler portion of the monthly waste collection service charge, as referenced in subsection (a) above, shall be as follows:
(1) April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 - $21.84;
(c) The Village service fee portion of the monthly waste collection service charge, which shall cover the Village's costs relative to billing, collecting and accounting for the monthly waste collection service charge, shall be fifty cents ($0.50).
(d) The Village tree branch chipping (recycling) fee portion of the monthly waste collection service charge, which shall cover the Village's costs relative to providing tree branch chipping service and recycling the chipped tree branches, shall be one dollar ($1.00).
