1046.25 USE OF FIRE HYDRANTS.

All hydrants or plugs placed in the Village for fire protection purposes are hereby declared to be public hydrants and no person, except a person authorized by the Village, shall open or draw water therefrom or in any manner interfere with the same, except in the case of fire.
