1046.01 ENFORCEMENT.

The Commissioner of Public Works and Streets or his or her designated representative and all persons in the employ of the Village having police power shall enforce this chapter and all ordinances, rules and regulations with respect to the water system and shall arrest or cause to be arrested all persons violating the same.
