1042.25 REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF CONTRACTOR'S REGISTRATION.
For serious or repeated violations of any of the provisions of this chapter, or for interference with the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety or his or her designated representative in the performance of his or her duties, a private sewage disposal contractor's license may be revoked after an opportunity for a hearing has been provided by the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety or his or her designated representative. Prior to such action, the Commissioner shall notify the contractor in writing, stating the reasons for which the license is subject to revocation and advising him or her that the certificate shall be revoked at the end of five days following service of such notice, unless a request for a hearing is filed with the Commissioner, by the holder, within such five-day period. A license may be suspended for cause pending its revocation or a hearing relative thereto.
