Where a subsurface field is installed as a component part of a private sewage disposal system, the seepage area provided shall be in accordance with this chapter and Table IV of the Illinois Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act and Code. If there is a conflict between a provision of this chapter and a provision of the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act and Code, the higher or more restrictive standard shall prevail.
