1042.16 CONSTRUCTION OF SEPTIC TANKS.
   In the construction of septic tanks
   (a)   All tanks shall have a minimum capacity of 1,000 gallons for all residences having up to a maximum of three bedrooms. For each bedroom in excess of three, septic tanks shall have an additional 250-gallon capacity. All septic tanks shall be made of precast concrete of a 1:2:4 mixture and shall have bottom slabs of reinforced concrete.

   (b)   Distribution boxes shall be constructed of precast concrete of a 1:2:4 mixture and shall have a removable cover with a ring.
   (c)   Sewer tile shall be of glazed vitrified construction of the be11-and-spigot type and shall have an inside diameter of not less than four inches.
   (d)   Drainage tile shall be of the porous agricultural drain tile variety and shall have an inside diameter of not less than four inches.
   (e)   House sewer pipe shall be of extra-heavy cast iron construction of the be11-and-spigot type and shall have an inside diameter of not less than four inches.
