Every septic tank constructed or installed in the Village shall be located not less than twenty-five feet from any building or structure used or occupied for human habitation, not less than ten feet from any lot line and not less than fifty feet from any well or other source of water supply. No septic tank, or any part thereof, shall have an elevation higher than the finished grade of the building or structure being served at its lowest point.
