An annual contractor's license fee of forty dollars ($40.00) is required for all private sewage disposal system contractors operating in the Village. The Building Department shall issue a private sewage disposal contractor's license to persons applying for such a license who comply with the minimum performance standards set forth in this chapter and who pay the required annual license fee of forty dollars ($40.00). All such licenses shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
