1042.02 CONNECTIONS TO SEWERS REQUIRED WHERE AVAILABLE.

Every building or structure used or occupied for human habitation that is not or cannot be immediately connected to a central sewerage system in the Village shall provide for the disposal of sewage in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
