1040.27 CHARGES FOR SEWER SERVICE.
   (a)   For residents having an aerobic system, there is hereby levied a charge of twenty-one dollars and twenty-five cents ($21.25) per month, and for residents having a septic system, there is hereby levied a charge of four dollars and seventeen cents ($4.17) per month.
   (b)   For each dwelling unit, commercial unit and industrial unit that is connected to and using both the Village's water system and sanitary sewer system, there is hereby established and assessed a sanitary sewer service charge as follows:

   These charges shall apply to all areas currently or in the future being served by sanitary sewers maintained by the Village.
   (c)   The adequacy of the wastewater charge shall be reviewed, not more often than annually, by Certified Public Accountants for the Village in their annual audit report. The wastewater service charge shall be revised to reflect a change in local capital costs or a change in operation or maintenance costs, including replacement costs.
