Minimum and maximum slopes shall be as provided in this section. The slopes shall be those that produce minimum and maximum velocities of 2.0 fps and 15.0 fps based on Kutter's Formula, with "n" equal to 0.013, and the pipe flowing full, as provided in the rules and regulations of the Illinois Sanitary Water Board.
