The design and construction of sewers and sewerage systems in the Village shall be governed by the minimum standards contained in the rules and regulations provided for in this chapter.
All sewerage systems, whether private or public, and whether constructed on private or public property, including sewer construction exempted from the permit requirement, shall conform to the design standards and other requirements contained in this chapter.
