The Mayor and Council are hereby authorized to make rules and regulations, consistent with this chapter, for connections to the sewerage system, specifying the types and sizes of pipes and all the other appurtenances and extensions thereto. The Mayor and Council are also authorized to amend the same from time to time as may be deemed necessary. All service pipes and connections to the sewerage system shall be in compliance with such specifications and rules for connections to the sewerage system.
