No fee shall be charged for the installation of a culvert in relation to a driveway for which a driveway permit has been issued. A sixty-five dollar ($65.00) permit fee shall be charged for all other culvert installations, which shall include two inspections by the Village. Any re-inspection(s) required due to nonconformity, incomplete work or any other reason shall be charged to the permit applicant at the rate of thirty-two dollars and fifty-two cents ($32.50) per re-inspection, with said re-inspection fee to be paid to the Village prior to the re-inspection being performed.
