(a) Culverts in public drainage ditches shall be not less than fifteen inches in diameter, but may be of a greater diameter if determined necessary for the location by the Village's Public Works Department.
(b) Culverts shall be constructed of reinforced concrete (RCP), HDPE double walled pipe or SDR 35 plastic.
(c) All culverts shall have proper flared end sections.
