890.01 DEFINITIONS.

The Village of Palos Park adopts herein all relevant definitions of the Illinois Simplified Municipal Telecommunications Tax Act, codified at ILCS Ch. 35, Act 636 §§ 5-1, et seq., as it is amended from time to time.
