870.04 VIOLATIONS.

Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine in the amount of Seven Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($750.00). A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
