(a) After approval of the license application, the solicitor or distributor shall notify the Village Clerk as to when he or she will be working in the Village. On the morning of each day he or she will be working, he or she shall appear at the office of the Clerk and be issued a tag to be displayed at all times on a conspicuous place on his or her outer garment indicating Village approval of his or her solicitation. Such tag must be returned to the Clerk no later than 4:30 p. m. the same day.
(b) A five dollar ($5.00) deposit shall be made with the Clerk at the time the identification tag is issued. Such deposit shall be returned by the Clerk upon receipt of the identification tag at the end of the day.
(c) No solicitation or distribution shall occur in the Village except between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
