(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), unless the Mayor suspends or revokes a tobacco dealer's license as provided in Section 858.14. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates Section 858.07 shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
(c) Whoever violates Section 858.08 shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each offense.
