There is hereby adopted by reference, by and for the Village, that certain publication known as Retail Food Store Sanitation, Rules and Regulations, 1983, Illinois Department of Public Health, Office of Health Regulation, Division of Food, Drugs and Dairies, Circular No. 19,000, as the same is amended or revised from time to time.
