808.21 VISIBILITY OF INTERIOR.
On premises upon which the sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption upon the premises is licensed, except wherein a restaurant is operated and maintained, an unobstructed view of such licensed premises shall be maintained according to the provisions of the Illinois Liquor Control Law, approved January 31, 1934, including all amendments and additions thereto. If the view into any such licensed premises required by the foregoing provision is willfully obscured or willfully suffered to be obscured or in any manner obstructed, by the licensee, then the license for such premises shall be subject to revocation in the manner provided in this chapter. In order to enforce this section, the Mayor will require that an applicant, upon the filing of an application for a license, file with such application plans, drawings and photographs showing the clearance of the view as above required.
