808.05 PERSONS INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE.

No retail liquor dealers' license shall be issued to any applicant who would be ineligible to receive a retail liquor dealer's license from the State under the provisions of the Illinois Liquor Control Law, approved January 31, 1934, including all amendments and additions thereto.
