808.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall sell or offer for sale at retail in the Village any alcoholic liquor without first having obtained a Village retail liquor dealer's license for each place, location or premises where the retailer is located to sell such liquor. No person shall violate the terms of any such license.
