A grace period of thirty days shall begin on January 1 of each year for the renewal of business certificates. If a commercial establishment located in the Village fails to renew its business certificate by January 30 of each year, an additional fee equal to twenty-five percent of the base fee shall be charged for each month after January 30. Delinquency may also result in suspension and/or revocation of the right to conduct commercial activities in the Village.
