692.05 RELEASE OF LIEN.

Upon payment of the cost and expense after notice of a weed cutting lien has been filed pursuant to Section 688.04, the lien shall be released by the Municipality or person in whose name the lien was filed, and the release shall be filed of record in the same manner as the notice of the lien was filed.
