664.03 INVESTIGATIONS.

Upon the making of an application for a permit to conduct a parade, demonstration or open-air meeting, the Mayor, if necessary, shall investigate or cause to be investigated the person making such application and the truth of the statements made in such application regarding the purpose or object of such parade, demonstration, procession or open-air meeting.
