(a) It shall be unlawful to enter upon the property, or any part thereof, of another, after receiving notice from the owner, occupant, or a police officer that such entry is forbidden, or to remain upon the property of another, or any part thereof, after receiving notice from the owner, occupant, or a police officer to depart.
(b) A person has received notice from the owner or occupant within the meaning of subsection (a) above if he or she has been notified personally, either orally or in writing, or if a printed or written notice forbidding such entry has been conspicuously posted or exhibited on such property or the forbidden part thereof.
