Whenever a nuisance exists or is found on any premises in the Village, whether or not such nuisance is one specifically enumerated in these Codified Ordinances, the Mayor is hereby authorized, at his or her discretion, to cause the same to be summarily abated in such a manner as he or she may direct, at the expense of the party permitting or maintaining the nuisance.
