608.12 DANGEROUS ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (a)   No person shall permit a dangerous or vicious animal of any kind to run at large in the Village.
   (b)   The members of the Police Department may kill such a dangerous or vicious animal when it is necessary for the protection of another animal or a person.
