608.09 TRANSFER OF LICENSES.

Whenever the ownership or possession of a properly licensed dog changes to a new owner who resides within the Village, said new owner shall apply for a transfer of the current license issued pursuant to this chapter. The fee for such transfer of the license shall be five dollars ($5.00).
