608.07 REGISTER OF DOGS.

The Department of Accounts and Finances shall keep a complete register or file for all licensed dogs describing such dogs by name, age, sex, breed and color and showing the name and address of the owners or keepers thereof, as given, and the numbers of the Village license tags.
