608.01 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DOGS.

No person shall own, keep, maintain or harbor more than four dogs at any one time in the Village at the same location or residence. Therefore, no person shall be issued more than four dog licenses for the same location or residence.

This section shall not apply to dog kennels duly licensed by the Village.
