Monthly commuter lot parking permits may be purchased from the Village. The following regulations shall be applicable to said monthly commuter lot parking permits:
(a) The price for a monthly commuter lot parking permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b) Said monthly commuter lot parking permit shall be evidenced by a sticker to be supplied by the Village, and displayed in the lower driver's side corner of the vehicle's front window.
(c) Said monthly commuter lot parking permit shall entitle the vehicle to which it is affixed to be parked in the Municipal Commuter Parking Facility on any day of the week during the period of time covered by said monthly commuter lot parking permit.
(d) The monthly commuter lot parking permit shall not entitle the owner of the vehicle to which it is affixed to park in a particular parking space within the Municipal Commuter Parking Facility, nor shall it guaranty that a parking space will always be available within the Municipal Commuter Parking Facility.
