482.05 PER DIEM PARKING FEE.

It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle within the Municipal Commuter Parking Facility without having paid the sum of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) for the privilege of parking within a parking space therein for a Parking Day.
