482.02 USE; COMMERCIAL AND HEAVY VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

No person shall park any vehicle in the Municipal Commuter Parking Facility in violation of any ordinance, contrary to the rules established by Council for the use of such Facility or in any place or manner other than that designated by Village authorities. No commercial or freight-carrying vehicle or trailer shall be parked in a Village parking facility.
