468.02 NUMBER OF RIDERS LIMITED.

Not more than one person at a time shall ride on a bicycle propelled by human power on a street. Not more than one person at a time shall ride on a motorcycle except upon a seat permanently attached to the motorcycle to the right or rear of the operator.
