462.01 VEHICLE LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person residing or having a place of business in the Village shall operate, or cause or permit an agent or employee of such person to operate, a motor vehicle upon any street or alley in the Village unless such vehicle is licensed as provided in this chapter.
